We have only a refund policy that lasts for 15 days. If it’s been more than 15 days since your purchase, You are eligible for a refund. National Institute of Open School course registration fees and service charges are not refundable. If you’re not satisfied with our study materials, you can contact us via phone or email. Our dedicated team is here to assist you and resolve any issues. If you decide to discontinue your course within 15 days, you’ll be eligible for a refund. Please note that downloading or copying our materials is strictly prohibited.
To process your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We don’t have any individuals or agents handling refunds. All refund requests are managed online.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your refund request email, we’ll send you a notification acknowledging its receipt. Please remember to attach your purchase invoice to your refund request email. We’ll then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days. Once your refund request is approved, we’ll send you an email confirming that your refund is being processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed all of these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
